YOUR TASKS
  • Right in the middle of things: During your training, you have the opportunity to get to know different departments within BASF Catalysts Germany GmbH to find out where your strengths lie.
  • At regular intervals, you will switch to a different department and become familiar with the tasks of our Sales and Customer Service, Finance and Controlling, Human Resources, Production Planning, or Order Processing and Logistics departments.
  • During your 3-year training, you will attend vocational school 1-2 days a week, which will also support you in understanding complex business processes.
  • Through your qualified training in the individual departments, we ensure that you are well prepared for the final exam at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US
  • Excellent chances of being taken on permanently after completing your training.
  • Attractive remuneration according to collective bargaining agreement between 1100,- € and 1300,- € (depending on year of training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.
  • Possibility to shorten the training to 2.5 years with very good performance, or to acquire the additional qualification of European Businessperson.
