Job Summary and Qualifications:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support clinical IT activities within the facility
  • Provide on-call assistance when required
  • Manage facility-specific dictionaries and customize division policies
  • Collaborate with teams to develop training materials and conduct hands-on training sessions
  • Ensure system security, patient confidentiality, and compliance
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and facility leadership
  • Participate in special projects and other assigned duties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Required:

  • Proficiency in clinical operations and relevant accreditation guidelines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer service mindset, leadership abilities, and advanced computer skills
  • Ability to drive to assigned sites as needed

Preferred:

  • Customer service orientation and training

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:

  • Relevant licensing or credentials preferred
  • Maintenance of specialty clinical licensure and valid driver's license
