About the Position
Our administrative assistants are responsible for supporting our providers and patients at each of our West Michigan locations
Responsibilities include:
- Checking in patients for therapy, testing, and psychiatry appointments
- Maintaining office organization and tidiness.
- Additional administrative tasks as needed
- Helping providers schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments

Animal Assisted Therapy Center:Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm

Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
Administrative Experience: 1 year (preferred)
