    JOB SUMMARY:

    MULTIPLE METHODS OF COMPENSATION in Financial Services unlike traditional 9-5 jobs:

    Commission income with no ceiling (one client may be $2,500 in compensation and another may be $20,000)

    Residual income (paid from work done last year, every year)

    Passive income (income from clientele group)

    Bonuses, paid world travel, and more


    KEY BENEFITS:
    Option to work remotely by computer and smart phone (in the office, at home, or anywhere)

    Choose area of interest and work flexible hours

    High Income Professional Industry (training and state license)

    Associate position with rapid advancement capability to management and increased income

    NO prior formal industry experience required


    BASE QUALIFICATIONS:
    Legal U.S. Resident, Citizen or Work Permit with SSN

    Able to complete licensing requirements within 60 days

    Accountable with high level of integrity (critical in this regulated and customer based industry)


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Provide exceptional customer service

    Participate in marketing and expansion strategies and efforts

    Consult, educate and connect clients with financial protection, investment and preservation strategies


    PREFERRED QUALITIES:
    Accountable and Ethical (do what you say you will do)

    Ability to work independently with a strong support team

    Good at follow-through and completing tasks

    Self-Starter


    EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
    Flexible schedule (Self created)

    Full or Part-Time


    COMPENSATION:
    $10, ,000+/yr DOE (performance based/1099)

    Compensation based on Commissions, Residuals, and Trainer Status


    ENVIRONMENT:
    Commission based position NO prior certification, experience, or education necessary. Work from home, online operated. No experience required
