Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share for infusion and hospice services, utilizing a combination of remote and inperson sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders at healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, longterm care facilities, and hospice organizations, through remote communication channels and periodic field visits.
  • Conduct regular virtual and inperson sales visits to healthcare providers to promote our pharmacy's infusion and hospice services, identifying opportunities to address their specific needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales representatives, pharmacists, clinical staff, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support to the sales team within the territory, assisting with setting sales objectives, providing training and development opportunities, and evaluating performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement of service offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the pharmacy's presence in the territory, including new customer acquisition and territory expansion efforts.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients, negotiating terms and conditions to secure new business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against goals, and prepare regular reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand awareness and foster relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards related to pharmacy services in the infusion and hospice sectors.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools, including video conferencing platforms and CRM software for sales tracking.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 90% of the time within the designated territory.
