Strong resiliency-focused engineering leadership is essential to protecting Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) platform/weapon systems from increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.
As a Systems Associate Engineer, you will support design, development and test of systems in support of the U.S Navy's strategic navigation submarine programs.
Tasks include Development and Analysis of system requirements, System Architecture, Preliminary and detailed model-based system design, Development of specifications and test procedures, Conduct Subsystem and System Integration and Test, Conduct formal system acceptance testing, Problem documentation and resolution in support of in-house and fielded systems.
Additionally, candidate will be expected to support installation and training as required.Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must be able to obtain & maintain a secret security clearance

Experience with desktop applications usage (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired skills
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Experience with inertial navigators

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Premium Pay Statement
The base range for this position in New York is $95, $152,
