- Create and manage system-derived and decomposed requirements
- Capture Stakeholder Expectations (customer requirements)
- Develop system-level requirements and allocate them to architecture elements
- Support the development and review of design documents
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to develop overall solution test plans and procedures
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience
- Prior experience in power electronics & power conversion design
- Proficiency in requirements development, verification, and validation for these systems
- Experience in designing switch mode power supplies is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience with engineering tools and systems
- Hands-on experience in design verification and troubleshooting
- Circuit simulation skills and Finite Element Analysis are beneficial
