    Job Description

    TSA Mission: To provide excellent customer service, drive traffic to the location, grow the membership base continuously, and focus on retaining existing members.

    TSA In Studio Work Hours: Regular Shift

    *Additional hours may be assigned apart from those shown here. Schedule requests should be submitted in writing 2 weeks prior to the requested date. Once shifts are scheduled, employees must find coverage if unable to fulfill the assigned work hours and seek management approval.

    Initial and Required Training & Certifications:

    • Complete HOTWORX Certification. Renew annually for updating. • Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid certification always. • Finish all designated HOTWORX University Online mandatory courses in Trainer Sales Associate curriculum. Courses need to be repeated annually or as instructed by management. • Complete any new HOTWORX University Online courses as they become available. • Subscribe to the HOTWORX weekly blog, read it weekly, and implement learnings. Ensure all staff members do the same and encourage customers to subscribe as well. • Participate in any team or corporate trainings and webinars as directed by the general manager.

    Basic Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Fitness industry background highly recommended.

    • Complete a minimum of 15 hours per week unless specified by the Owner. Ensure to use the provided time clock to track all work hours. • Be punctual, arriving at least 15 minutes early for all scheduled work shifts, external promotions, corporate sales appointments, and staff education/training sessions. • Maintain a professional appearance by following the HOTWORX Uniform Policy & Code of Conduct. Staff must wear officially branded tops with name badges during work hours or official studio events without exception. • Aim for 5-star ratings on platforms like Yelp, Facebook, and Google. Achieving 5 stars includes upholding a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality. • Address negative reviews by reaching out to the customer, exceeding expectations to resolve issues. Customer satisfaction is a top priority, and customer service excellence directly impacts revenue. • Follow cleaning and maintenance checklists provided by management. • Complete daily opening/closing procedures and checklists for each shift.
