Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
- Location: Miramar and Plantation, FL | ONSITE
- Salary: $18/hour (bilingual Spanish)
- Start Date: Late Jan/early Feb 2024
- Resolve customer issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, establishing strong relationships with them.
- Address and take ownership of customer inquiries and problems.
- Offer guidance and updates on previously filed pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
- Achieve performance targets set for the role in terms of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
- Proactively investigate assigned member accounts to identify service issues.
- GED / High School Diploma (or higher)
- Experience in a Call Center is beneficial
- Minimum of 3+ years of work and/or volunteer experience
- Preference for experience in Health Care/Insurance call centers
