    RemX is in search of Healthcare Customer Service Representatives for On-Site positions in Miramar FL and Plantation, FL. This role involves handling a high volume of calls in a customer service setting. We are looking for individuals who are efficient, productive, and thorough when assisting our members via phone.

    • Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

      • Location: Miramar and Plantation, FL | ONSITE
      • Salary: $18/hour (bilingual Spanish)
      • Start Date: Late Jan/early Feb 2024

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Resolve customer issues.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customers, establishing strong relationships with them.
    • Address and take ownership of customer inquiries and problems.
    • Offer guidance and updates on previously filed pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests.
    • Achieve performance targets set for the role in terms of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and attendance.
    • Proactively investigate assigned member accounts to identify service issues.

    Requirements:

    • GED / High School Diploma (or higher)
    • Experience in a Call Center is beneficial
    • Minimum of 3+ years of work and/or volunteer experience
    • Preference for experience in Health Care/Insurance call centers
