In my last job I held the position of Director of Supply Chain for the Americas at Regal Springs Tilapia and had responsibility for all movements, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory forecasting and sales orders fulfillment from our own production facilities in Indonesia (frozen), Mexico (fresh and frozen) and Honduras (fresh and frozen) by air, truck and ocean transport.   I also supervised the loading and distribution movement to all our customers in Food Service, retail and clubs (being Costco our largest customer with proprietary label of frozen tilapia) 

I worked side-by-side with the sales team in developing new strategies and customer support for new and existing customers and with the VP for the Americas to manage inventory movements from farm to end consumers with 3PL partners. 

Also, responsible to produce and present C-suite executive monthly reports with key KPI's for the department and inventory loss mitigation plans for our fresh and frozen stock. 

In other positions I also worked in the produce industry developing products and customers from start up for Camposol (Peruvian Agro-Industrial conglomerate) with full P&L responsibility and managed a team of 16 people in the US and a small team in Peru, then in Southern Specialties (fruit and vegetables importer/packer/distributor) with P&L responsibility for 7 different commodities and also responsible to oversee logistics, product movement (Ocean, Land and Air) to comply with sales demands for the US and Canada and with contract negotiations with growers in South and Central America, Dom Rep, US and Canada.  In 2006 Iheld the position of General Manager for a Martin Brower distribution center in Puerto Rico (fresh, frozen and dry goods warehouse and distribution operation) with full P&L responsibility, managing a team of over 100+ associates including warehouse, sales, finance, operations, fleet and customer services to supply fresh, frozen and dry goods to over 280 restaurants in the island.  Reported directly to the Senior VP for International in Sao Paolo, Brazil.  

I have ample experience in international business, fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and also basic Portuguese.  I currently live in Southeast Florida (Fort Lauderdale area) and I am currently in the market for a new position
