About us
As a medium-sized family business, we have been developing and producing special umbrellas for over 100 years. We mainly manufacture in the Far East.

Our distribution channels are very diverse:

we supply various distributors worldwide and numerous retail customers in the EU, as well as various large corporations and their respective central warehouses.

Shipping is primarily done from our headquarters in Ulm, but sometimes directly from our production facility in the Far East.


To support our logistics/dispatch department, we are looking for a part-time (possibly full-time) Import/Export Clerk (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

We offer a long-term and interesting job in a modern and friendly environment, within an international work environment. You will be responsible for managing our customers both domestically and internationally, and will be in contact with authorities. You will work closely with our international freight forwarders.

Your responsibilities will include worldwide shipping processing, handling customs procedures, and monitoring our internal customs warehouse.

You should have several years of experience in import/export as a freight forwarder (or in a similar position), as well as experience in logistics/dispatch.

You must have excellent written and spoken English skills. Additionally, you should enjoy sales and handling various customer orders from A-Z as a secondary task. Proficiency in MS Office is required.

You will be responsible for your own area of work, working together with your colleagues as a team, and must be reliable and conscientious.
