Vehicle Exchange Program

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm

_ What will I be doing?_

• Utilize scheduling software to identify customers and dig deeper into database to determine equity levels.
• Work closely with the Service & Sales Departments to obtain vehicle exchange options for our customers.
• Contact customers, provide information, and schedule appointments to review details and options.
• Document research and communication with customers in CRM.
• Greet customers in Service Drive and waiting area and engage in friendly conversation to obtain information about their vehicle.
• Follow up with customers and develop a pipeline of prospects.

• Automotive dealership experience not required, but a plus

The expected pay range for this position is ($14.13 to $ Hourly/Salary).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles. We are a drug free workplace.
