The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both B2B and D2C marketing, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity, and effective leadership skills.
This role will be a member of the Marketing Team, collaborating directly with the CEO.About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in both B2B and D2C segments.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a talented marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Set clear goals while regularly evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback.
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity in both B2B and D2C markets.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touch points.
Market Research and Analysis:

Content Strategy:
Develop compelling and targeted content for various audiences, including B2B clients and end consumers.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
