We are seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper at Butwin Insurance Group.

The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in managing the financial records and transactions of our organization, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping role, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Applied EPIC a plus).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
