Position Overview:
As an Entry-Level Skilled Tradesperson, you will be responsible for assisting experienced tradespeople in various tasks related to your trade. This role provides an opportunity to learn and develop your skills while contributing to projects in areas such as manufacturing, maintenance, or quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the production, maintenance, and repair of equipment, or machinery according to specifications.
2. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
4. Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition.
5. Utilize equipment effectively and safely.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to understand tasks and instructions.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic understanding of the trade and a willingness to learn.
3. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
4. Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
7. Any relevant certifications or licenses are a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
