- Ordering, receiving and maintaining food costs
- Creating prep lists for the staff
- Overseeing BOH team and jumping in on the line
- Maintaining professional standards
- Working cleanly, efficiently, and with respect for ingredients
- Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant's recipes, portioning, cooking and service standards
- Maintain a positive, work environment via effective, professional communication with other employees and managers
- Experience working in an ingredient driven professional kitchen as an Executive Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Senior Sous Chef for a minimum of 2 years
- Vast knowledge of culinary techniques, procedures and equipment
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic team player with a positive attitude
- Experience with fresh made pasta
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Flexible schedule
- Enforcement of safety/sanitation standards and procedures
- Food handlers license
- Ability to take and give direction
- Base salary in the $90-110k range
