What can you expect?



As an internationally operating IT specialist, we are looking for you as a purchaser for IT personnel services (m/f/d) in our modern, hybrid work culture for our location in Gütersloh, with the flexibility to work remotely, for example from home.

Your future team consists of 15 people who are driving our purchasing projects forward with enthusiasm and dedication. We all share the goal of being a reliable partner for all stakeholders in the value chain, in order to make a significant and continuous contribution to the success of Arvato Systems.

What tasks await you?



  • You are responsible for the procurement and strategic demand-oriented planning of temporary employment, services and works
  • Reviewing offers and negotiating prices with suppliers are a major part of this
  • You analyze and expand our current supplier portfolio, search for alternative procurement channels and identify potential for cost optimization
  • In collaboration with your colleagues, you develop new ideas for optimizing our purchasing processes
