Office Clerk (m/f/d) with focus on Condominium Management Accounting
We are currently looking for an Office Clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on Condominium Management Accounting to join our team at Oberbayerische Heimstätte - Your Partner for Living Spaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing special assessments, individual economic plans, and annual statements
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Debt collection
- Preparing for invoice audits
- Condominium fee statements in accordance with the Condominium Act
- Communicating with owners regarding questions about statements
- Assisting with Condominium Management tasks
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial training as an Office Clerk (m/f/d)
- Some professional experience, preferably in Condominium Management and/or the housing industry, but not a requirement
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Strong understanding of numbers
- Fluent in German
