Office Clerk (m/f/d) with focus on Condominium Management Accounting


We are currently looking for an Office Clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on Condominium Management Accounting to join our team at Oberbayerische Heimstätte - Your Partner for Living Spaces.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing special assessments, individual economic plans, and annual statements
  • Accounts payable and receivable management
  • Debt collection
  • Preparing for invoice audits
  • Condominium fee statements in accordance with the Condominium Act
  • Communicating with owners regarding questions about statements
  • Assisting with Condominium Management tasks

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training as an Office Clerk (m/f/d)
  • Some professional experience, preferably in Condominium Management and/or the housing industry, but not a requirement
  • Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong understanding of numbers
  • Fluent in German
