The Director of Provider Recruitment is responsible for devising, overseeing, and implementing innovative strategies to attract top-tier physicians, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Will work closely with, colleagues, leadership, and physicians to understand their unique needs and preferences, ensuring alignment between physician profiles and organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate on recruiting, hiring, and building pipelines of physicians, by collaborating with Physician leadership, RVPs, and HR leadership to drive strategic physician recruitment processes, resulting in physician placements. encourage creativity in recruitment and idea generation, inspire innovation in processes, and cultivate a team that is known for strong customer service.
  • Responsible for developing complex and outofthebox talent acquisition strategies to recruit physicians to move into a proactive hiring plan.
  • Work closely with marketing to build out and maintain employer branding campaigns to include social media campaigns.
  • Incorporate a collaborative approach to filling vacancies.
  • Work closely with legal and compensation teams to ensure offers and contracts are executed accurately.
  • Attends physician/provider events to promote MPG and its service lines in external markets.
  • Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with providers.
  • Identify and report market intelligence including competitive positioning, practice growth/vulnerability to senior leadership.
  • Provide ongoing support for relationships established with area physicians and act as the point person for concerns, communication, and information.
  • Identify succession opportunities in coordination with existing physicians to plan for future retirements.
  • Educates/enhances relationships within the provider community.
  • Support and build strong working relationships with physicians, Leadership, and external personnel.
  • Demonstrate excellent guest service to internal team members and patients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition management
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the state and country on average 50% of the time required.
  • Ability to encourage creativity in recruitment and idea generation, inspire innovation in processes, and cultivate a team that is known for strong customer service.
  • ADP payroll systems experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates commitment and accountability and is selfconfident in executing responsibilities, excellent corporate work ethic.
  • Strong project and time management skills well as analytical skills to perform forecast and model reporting.
  • Indepth understanding of employment laws at the local, state, and federal levels and best practices in recruiting
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Relevant certifications in talent acquisition and management (CPLP, SPHR, or SHRM-CP) recommend.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, crossfunctional environment.

Physical Demands
Sedentary work.

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
