:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Project Planning and Schedule:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with the project manager.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Collaborate on all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, submittals, procurement, installation, and quality control and close out documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders on project status, milestones, and budgetary performance.
- Document project activities, including change orders, RFIs, and project correspondence, to maintain accurate project records.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
- Proactively address any projectrelated issues or conflicts to ensure timely resolution and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience project coordination or similar role in the flooring or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Procore) and NetSuite
- Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
