Your tasks:
Ensuring the operational readiness of the mechanical systems on board our ships Procurement of equipment and spare parts Planning, execution, and monitoring of repairs, dockings, class work, and shipyard stays Regular inspection visits in Germany and abroad Budget creation and monitoring of ship operating costs Technical guidance for our crew members Contact person for service providers, suppliers, as well as authorities and class representatives Your profile: Ship operations engineer/technician, mechanical engineer/technician, or a comparable qualification Ideally, professional experience in the field of shipping inspection Teamwork skills as well as a goal-oriented and responsible work style Fluent in English (spoken and written)
