Role Description
This is a full-time on-site human resources manager role in Temecula, CA.
Our Human Resources Manager will manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
They will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
- Bilingual skills required
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is desired
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Experience in policy development and implementation
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
- Experience in a farming or agricultural industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
