About the Role
As a Color Factory Retail Manager, you'll Oversee all aspects of store operations, manage Color Shop staff, meet sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service to promote sales and foster guest loyalty


You'll also:

  • Oversee all aspects of guest engagement within the Color Shop to support the selling, service, and operations of the shop
  • Foster strategic planning to achieve retail sales goals by working to drive strong results in the Color Shop on a daily basis
  • Oversee the flow of products, processes, and systems for efficient operations, and inventory support
  • Maintain rigorous visual aesthetic standards in the Color Shop to ensure a positive guest experience from start to finish
  • Partner with onsite leadership and corporate partners to oversee the Retail Area of Responsibility (AOR)

Specific Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we recommend these qualifications:

  • Proven track record managing a retail environment, including visual merchandising, staff supervision, inventor
  • Exceptional ability to interact with guests, provide information and assistance, and ensure a highquality shop
  • Experience with POS software and hardware, understanding of transaction processing, and ability to troubleshoot common issues to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once, exhibits strong decisionmaking and multitasking capability
