Overview:

Job Purpose

  • The Manager, Wireless Services position is an opportunity for a smart, hardworking individual to be at the center of a highly innovative and rapidly growing wireless networking business within the ICE Data Services.
  • The Manager incorporates corporate strategy, client demand, and market intelligence to strategize, develop, launch, market, and enhance products. The Manager is responsible for the business results of products and will work closely with internal groups, sales teams, clients, and strategic partners to ensure technical and commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies to achieve product and commercial objectives.
  • Support account managers through the client and product life cycles, including sales training, presales support, contracting, and postsale client management.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from clients and other stakeholders to recommend new products or product enhancements.
  • Monitor and forecast financial performance in order to maximize results.
  • Research developments and innovations in networking technologies, electronic trading technologies, and the competitive landscape. Prepare recommendations based on findings.
  • Create business cases, product requirements, marketing materials, and client documentation.
  • Monitor operations, sales, financial performance, and client developments. Report on developments and recommend tactics and strategies.

Knowledge and Experience

  • University degree, preferably in finance, commerce, business, or technology
  • Experience in capital markets or related sectors (e.g. trading technology vendors)
  • Experience in one or more of technology management, product management, sales, or account management
  • Familiarity or experience with securities trading, including:
  • Market participants, exchanges, and alternative trading systems
  • Market data and order entry protocols
  • Electronic and algorithmic trading technologies and trading strategies
  • Results oriented selfstarter with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to take on new assignments and challenges
  • Communication and presentation skills for an executive audience
  • Strong client focus and able to work effectively in crossfunction teams
  • Effective time management and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a demanding and fast paced environment

Beneficial Skills and Experiences

  • Familiarity with financial markets and participants in North America or globally
  • Understanding or experience with wired or wireless networking technologies
  • E.g. microwave, millimeter wave, switches, routers, TCP/IP, UDP, multicast protocols.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of 1 day per week.

The expected base salary for this role is between 140, ,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation.
