To join this team please have the following requirements:

  • Must have strong social skills, must be flexible, versatile, and enjoy helping people and daily problem-solving.
  • Daily concierge checkins for the first few weeks of admissions stay, conduct a pre & postadmission satisfaction survey
  • Assist's staff for admission arrival and continued assistance during residents stay
  • Computer knowhow to use (Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Greet and orient the new admission residents and their family members to the Facility. Answer questions, make residents and family feel comfortable and welcomed.
  • Assist potential residents and their families by conducting tours of the Facility if Admissions Director is unavailable and answering questions regarding the Facility and admissions process.
