    About the Position:

    Since our inception, over 20,000 exceptional Founders have sought membership, resulting in an eight-fold revenue increase and an average annual saving of over $16,000 in taxes per member. We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems, ensuring efficient data flow and robust functionality. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a talented team on impactful projects within our sector.

    Our technology stack:
    • Backend: Django
    • Frontend: React
    Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems
    • Collaborate with frontend developers and product teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
    • Implement security and data protection measures
    • Create reusable code and libraries for future applications
    • Provide technical leadership and contribute to backend architecture strategy
    • Lead by example, foster a culture of continuous learning, and mentor team members
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in backend development
    • Familiarity with or willingness to work in Python
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders
