Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain and organize files both physically and computerized
- Support office management duties as needed
- Provide administrative support to accountants
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively
- Strong organizational skills for file management and office coordination
- Excellent communication skills for customer support and interaction
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Prior experience in administrative roles or office management is preferred
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven administrative experience with a focus on data entry and organizational tasks
- Familiarity with office management and calendar coordination
- QuickBooks experience
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Flexibility to assist with various projects and tasks as needed
Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
