Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain and organize files both physically and computerized
  • Support office management duties as needed
  • Provide administrative support to accountants
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
  • Familiarity with phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively
  • Strong organizational skills for file management and office coordination
  • Excellent communication skills for customer support and interaction
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Prior experience in administrative roles or office management is preferred

Qualifications:


  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proven administrative experience with a focus on data entry and organizational tasks
  • Familiarity with office management and calendar coordination
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Flexibility to assist with various projects and tasks as needed

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
