Construction Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Help Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
  • Help finalize & Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, and team members regarding project updates and changes
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, help write contracts and obtain needed permits
Providing accurate estimating, budgeting, and scheduling

Coordinating materials and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Analyze and estimate costs; prepare cost summaries for projects, including equipment, labor, materials, site preparation, subcontractor costs and other related costs as needed


Qualifications:

  • Construction management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a construction project manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

$50, $70,000.00 per year
