MSP-CX is looking for a Controls Integration Manager to join our global team and help deliver the next generation of world-class fulfillment systems using advanced technology at Del Mar.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader with experience managing teams and a background in engineering, specifically in integrated automation projects. This includes experience in development, design, implementation, enhancement, and support.

The Controls Integration Manager will lead a team of engineers responsible for the full product life cycle and successful delivery of units for development and operations. They will act as a liaison between Fulfillment Center Operations (our customer), product design and development engineers.

This role requires the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and effectively capture and synthesize the voice of the customer.

The primary goal is to lead a team responsible for integrating, deploying, and troubleshooting solutions for new mechatronics systems and packaging technology. The Controls Integration Manager will also act as a liaison for internal and external resources and be available for on-call support during downtime events.

This position will also provide training and support to facility controls technicians on system troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to improve and optimize system performance.

In addition, the Controls Integration Manager will support the performance ramp of technology deployment at scale in collaboration with the Deployment Teams.

The ideal candidate is able to take the lead on implementing and delivering complex system designs and MSP technology in ambiguous and complex problem
