Description
Our team is looking for new colleagues with head and heart.
What can you expect?
- You are the first point of contact for all inquiries in a defined service area of our external partners, take over customer communication (phone, email, tickets) and the corresponding reporting
- You handle incoming complaints and, in close cooperation with the operational and commercial departments, find customer-oriented solutions (complaint management)
- You are responsible for checking the material input for ongoing special orders and scheduling a team of craftsmen from a service area assigned to you
- You work with our operational and commercial departments and are in close communication with the team leader responsible for the corresponding service area
- You coordinate and manage the processing of customer orders while adhering to budget and deadline requirements
- You process electronic incoming mail as well as incoming defect reports while adhering to the specified service level
- You place orders in our company's internal software system and track them
What should you bring?
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a craft apprenticeship with relevant further training in the commercial field
- You already have professional experience in customer service
- A basic understanding of craftsmanship is an advantage
- You are characterized by a high level of service and customer orientation
