    Who you are:
    At least two years' experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
    Preferably EPA certified and must have HVAC experience.
    General maintenance knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
    Strong maintenance and customer service skills.
    Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
    Possession of a valid driver's license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.
    Willingness to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

    What you'll do as a Maintenance Technician:


    Use your maintenance skills in HVAC, pool maintenance, electric, plumbing, grounds, apartment turns, appliance repair, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, lighting, etc.

    Complete work orders from apartment residents, while keeping the communities clean and presentable.
    Respond to emergencies while on call or, at any time the situation presents.

    Work scheduled hours:
    Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm, with on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
