What to expect

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will advise our national and international clients in the areas of corporate law, M&A, private equity, and venture capital.

You will be responsible for developing tailored solutions to complex legal issues in the field of corporate law and related areas.

You will also work on national and international projects with colleagues from our group or our network Marcaillance, as well as collaborate with professionals from various business areas.

You can actively contribute your creative personality and help shape the future internal processes at Mazars.

What you bring

Qualified legal knowledge, demonstrated through relevant state exams and meaningful internships
An experienced lawyer or a recent graduate, with previous experience in a commercial law firm, preferably with an international focus
Legal creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, independent action, and teamwork
Excellent (specialized) German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Enjoyment of networking, building relationships in a young and dynamic team
