Technical System Planner (m/f/d) in 13125 Berlin-Pankow:

Your tasks with us:

You plan the building technical systems of the trades heating, plumbing, ventilation, and air conditioning, mainly consisting of the service phases 19 of the HOAI.
You are also occasionally on site at construction sites, monitoring, supervising, and giving instructions as a construction manager.
You handle all necessary written, drawing, calculation, and other tasks within and in connection with the project team.
You have contact with clients, architects, and executing companies as part of object monitoring.
