Description

The Front Desk Receptionist/Human Resources Assistant is also responsible for preparing HR documents, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and assisting with some basic employee-related inquiries. Additionally, they may also be responsible for tracking employee attendance and leave, as well as creating and maintaining a variety of records. This role may require a knowledge of government regulations when dealing with employee matters and processing invoices to the corporate office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
  • Process Invoices
  • Maintain the reception and lobby area in order.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing and data entry.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee orientation.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to update and manage employee data.
  • Maintains inventory and organizes the office supply closet.
  • Maintain the company's personnel records and ensure records' compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews.
  • Research and compile data for reports.
  • Manage special projects as needed.
  • May assist Team Members with benefit enrollment.
  • Performs other various HRrelated assistance, special projects, and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
  • Performs all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

Experience:

Required

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of Human Resources experience, including coordinating administrative work with confidential and sensitive documents.
Preferred

  • Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, etc. Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include Excel and Word. Ability to master internal computer systems.
