This is a close-knit family-like teamJob DescriptionWhat you will do in this role: The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting.

The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

QualificationsPsychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA):

officially we title this job a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide.

What we need from you:

Ideally - prior experience as a PRSA in healthcare center preferredHigh School diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpfulAbility to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background checkIf you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply.

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT. We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area.

These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
