Do you have a tail-wagging passion for pups and a knack for making people smile?
Then put down the leash and pick up the phone because we're looking for YOU to be our
first-ever Customer Happiness Rockstar (yes, that's an official title) at our amazing headquarters in Huntingdon Valley, PA


Here's the scoop:

• Be the
  goto guru for our fantastic customers (mostly awesome women aged 4065 who share your love for all things canine)

Become an expert on our products (because, let's face it, who wouldn't want to learn more about spoiling their furry friend?)

Work with a pawsome team who shares your passion for pups (and treats)


Bonus points if you have:

5+ years of experience working with happy hounds in pet retail, online stores, or the health and wellness world
-
Superhero-level knowledge of Shopify, Recharge, Gorgias, Gmail, Meta Business Suite, and phones (because, you know, superpowers)

• The ability to
  work from home one Saturday a month (because even superheroes need some cuddle time with their pup)

The Details:

Starting salary: Woofingly impressive We're talking $20-$25 per hour, depending on your experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10AM-4PM at our HQ, with Weekends (5 hours per weekend from home starting 30 days in) - plenty of time for long walks in the park
