We are looking for a customer-oriented and communicative Inside Sales Service Planning for a long-term position in direct placement. Your responsibilities
- Calculating costs and creating offers for service and spare part projects
- Efficiently planning and organizing service assignments on time
- Managing service projects
- Processing orders, managing and following up
- Proactively supporting and assisting customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Handling complaints
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial or technical education
- Good MS Office and English skills
- Experience in sales and basic technical understanding is an advantage
- You convince with your friendly and communicative nature
