Your main tasks:
✓ Conducting payment transaction consulting services (product/process analysis)
✓ Preparing result reports
✓ Consulting on payment transaction products (e.g. VR-RechnungsService, VR-Pay, VR-Pay virtuell, card business, online software virtual account number, SEPA)
✓ Consulting on payment transaction processes in the company (corporate clients)
✓ Installation of online banking programs, card terminals
✓ Instruction on online banking programs, card terminals
✓ On-site support for customers - troubleshooting, updates


Your profile:
✓ A commercial education is a basic requirement, also open to career changers
✓ Preferably completed training as a bank clerk or equivalent
✓ You enjoy interacting with people and feel comfortable and confident in direct customer contact
