About us:

  • You will receive a fair salary and 28 days of vacation

  • You will work from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
  • You can always exchange ideas with colleagues from other locations on technical topics
  • You will be part of a friendly and open team at the location
  • The wellequipped workshop and office have everything in the right place
  • You will support our residents with moving in and out, as well as perform repair and maintenance work
  • You will inspect, maintain, and service buildings and technical systems, such as emergency generators and elevators
  • You will coordinate, accompany, and monitor orders to external service providers
  • Every five weeks, you will be on call from Monday to Monday for all locations and support the nursing facilities in emergencies. A company vehicle will be provided, and you will receive an additional compensation
  • Requirements: vocational training in (technical) craftsmanship, preferably as an electrician or gaswater installer (m/f/d), technical understanding, empathy and friendliness, driver's license class B, basic knowledge of PC usage.
