WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

  • Processing and controlling of offers, orders, and contracts
  • Close collaboration with the Technical Property Managers, including onsite appointments
  • Quality control of service providers in the areas of cleaning, outdoor maintenance, and winter services
  • Taking on special projects in the field of Technical Property Management
  • Creation and processing of operating costs and maintenance orders
  • Preparation of presentations and reports in coordination with the department management
  • Close collaboration with the department management and support in leading the Technical Property Managers

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Successfully completed commercial training with a good technical understanding or equivalent training in the field of facility management
  • Further training as a real estate specialist or specialist for building management and/or equivalent training desirable
  • Structured, independent, and goaloriented way of working
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge desirable
  • Experience in working with common tendering programs
