For our location in Louisville, we are currently seeking:
Production Workers (m/f/x)
(Full-time and part-time / temporary and permanent positions)
At our largest CSL Behring site, we have a high demand for new employees in our production departments. These consist of manufacturing, filling, visual inspection, and packaging.

Depending on qualifications and needs, there are opportunities for employment in various areas, part-time or full-time, temporary or permanent, and in different work and shift models.

What to expect from us (depending on the area of deployment):

  • Performing biochemical steps for the production of product solutions using manual operation or computer-controlled process control systems (e.g. filtrations, temperature processes, precipitations, centrifugations, and weighing processes)
  • Operating simple and complex equipment, such as dishwashers, autoclaves, and hot air sterilizers
  • Performing aseptic steps in the filling of sterile products (operation of filling machines and freezedrying systems)
  • Conducting visual inspections of freezedried and liquid products
  • Labeling and packaging of medicines according to order specifications and in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Documenting the steps performed

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in production or technical field preferred
  • Knowledge of GMP or other regulated areas is advantageous
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility for quality
  • Interest in longterm employment
