The Central University Administration of FAU is currently seeking a permanent employee (m/f/d) for the Department P- Personnel Development and Family Services of the Department P - Personnel, for the Yeoman, IN location.

Our department is the driving force for the development of personnel development and the well-being of our non-academic employees. We understand the needs and challenges of our workforce and actively promote work-life balance.


Your responsibilities:


  • Strategic development, organization and implementation of the health management program "FAUgesund" at FAU
  • Design and implementation of measures to promote individual health behavior of FAU employees
  • Process consulting and implementation of processes for healthpromoting working conditions at the organizational level and in the workplace
  • Integration of tasks into existing personnel development processes
  • Conducting needs analyses, evaluations and reporting
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Planning, organizing and moderating group meetings

Required qualifications:

  • Completed university degree (Master or Diploma) with a focus on health, such as sports science or nutrition science
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of health promotion at universities (especially in target groupspecific planning and implementation of structural and behavioral preventive measures for health promotion, such as building healthoriented structures, concept development, multilevel interventions to promote mental and physical health)
  • Experience with personnel development processes (e.g. integration of occupational health management into the employee lifecycle)
  • Experience in working with insurance providers, such as health and accident insurance companies
