We are searching for a Lead Trauma Registered Nurse to join our patient-centered, Level I Trauma team in a full-time, night shift (7p-7a) position.

We are seeking an experienced Trauma Registered Nurse to join our cutting-edge team in the role of Trauma Nurse Lead, to report to the Trauma Program Director and provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines set forth by the facility and the Trauma Service.

You will demonstrate strong trauma clinical assessment skills, nursing intervention and strong communication/leadership skills.You will mentor ED and inpatient nurses caring for trauma patients and assist in training and in-servicing needs.
Must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher is required, BSN or MSN Preferred.
One or more years in direct trauma resuscitation nursing care deliveryGrand Strand MedicalCenter located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC is a369-bed acute care hospital serving residents of Horry and surroundingcounties.
Our hospital offers the only cardiac surgery program, neurosurgeryprogram and pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) in Horry and Georgetowncounties and is a designated Level I Adult Trauma Center and Level II PediatricTrauma Center by South Carolina DHEC.
