    Essential Functions:

    The Project Engineer works closely with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite construction engineering activities for large projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in developing and tracking project budgets and estimates.
    • Manage project schedules and optimize work methods.
    • Coordinate logistics for tool, equipment, and material deliveries.
    • Ensure timely submission and completion of necessary documentation.
    • Prepare subcontractor and supplier agreements and document work changes.
    • Help create project CAD drawings.
    • Monitor all activities to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Coordinate project equipment and manpower.
    • Maintain positive relations with owners, subcontractors, and the public.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • 4-year engineering or construction-related degree or equivalent experience.
    • 1 to 5 years of construction experience, preferably in Water/Wastewater.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet use.
    • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and Revit software.
    • Strong communication and analytical skills.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.

    Working Conditions:

    • Project Engineers dedicate 100% of their time to projects, working flexible hours and locations as needed.
