- Provide first line of supervision to landscaper's department employees
- Assures that ride policies and procedures are followed, along with pest control policies and proper records are maintained
- Communicates effectively in verbal and written form with all other divisions to ensure the completion of projects and tasks
- Maintain budgets for the landscape department
- Assures all Company and Union policies are followed
- Schedules employees and projects related to the landscaping trades and assures that all projects in these areas are completed as intended
- Assists in construction projects and reviews construction drawings of projects assigned
- Maintains all necessary paperwork pertaining to the landscaping department
- 3 weeks paid PTO which increases with seniority (6 sick days, 11 paid holidays)

- Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods on a regular basis.
