We are currently looking for a student assistant in the field of public relations (m/f/d) (10h) in South Wallins, KY.
The KINDERHILFE e.
V. has been supporting families with cancer and seriously ill children for 40 years.

We are seeking a dedicated addition to our team at our Berlin office. If you are ready to take on responsibility, open-minded, and a team player, then we need you for our public relations team


What will be your tasks?

  • Coordinating, monitoring, and reordering advertising materials and print materials
  • Making content adjustments to print materials
  • Researching for merchandise items
  • Communicating with external service providers
  • Internal and external communication for organizing events
  • Researching and communicating about advertising opportunities in newspapers, magazines, etc.
  • Updating and maintaining our organization on suitable platforms
  • Supporting the promotion of events
  • Internal coordination and distribution of materials and documents, as well as coordination with team members
  • Technical posting and scheduling of posts and events on our website and social media channels
  • Assisting with the preparation of newsletters and mailings
  • Creating and publishing job postings
  • Assisting with external appointments
  • Desired: editorial writing skills
  • Desired: basic graphic design skills for minor adjustments to communication materials such as posters, information sheets, letterheads, stickers
