Description
We are looking for a dynamic and competent HR administrator in full-time for a long-term position. The company is internationally active but regionally based in the food industry with headquarters in 28197 Bremen. As part of a strong team, you will have the opportunity to grow and contribute your individual strengths.
These are your tasks as an HR administrator
- Acting as a liaison between HR management, payroll, and employees
- Performing administrative tasks and creating employment contracts or references
- Maintaining records and monitoring time management in SAP HR in preparation for payroll
- Proactively contributing ideas for the development of HR processes
What you bring to the table as an HR administrator
- Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus or additional qualification in HR
- Experience in HR and knowledge of labor and social security law
- Dynamic personality with the ability to proactively tackle challenges
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
