    Description

    Overview:

    Position Description:

    • Analyze pricing data from industry standards, previous sales trends and competitors and report data to decision-makers.
    • Develop measurement tools to identify changing market trends.
    • Identify appropriate sales and clearance prices to increase customer traffic at sustainable margins.
    • This position will be responsible for supporting pricing requirements covering multiple locations and business lines within the company.
    • Analyze time data to better understand time requirements for performing services to support pricing and targeted margins.
    • Develop pricing recommendations to support customer RFP and RFQs in a manner consistent with company pricing policies and procedures.
    • Building and presenting pricing recommendations to leadership and executives.
    • Responsible for maintaining, creating and updating price lists and modifiers.
    • Provide pricing justification and compile other than cost or pricing data to support fixed price offerings to B2B customers.
    • Analyze develop pricing strategies for new service offerings.
    • Perform special projects as required.

    What you bring:

    3-5 years of experience analyzing pricing, margins, and proposing/validating pricing in RFPs.

    In depth knowledge of accounting and finance with the ability to read and interpret financial statements.

    Advanced Excel skills using complex formulas, working with large data sets, pivot tables, macros, etc.

    Seasoned researcher on industry data, trends and consumer behaviors. Auto industry experience a plus.

    Experience with Power BI, NetSuite, Microsoft Office and/or other similar programs.

    In-depth knowledge of financials, and IFRS accounting.
