Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about sport and technology to join our fast-growing company.

You will be working in a dynamic environment alongside a world-class team of entrepreneurs, technologists and clients, focused on turning Clubspark, our award-winning sport participation platform, into a global leader.

This role will start in early April 2024.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product owner to understand and define business requirements and set product KPIs
Ensure business requirements are aligned with product goals
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product design
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can inform product development
Assist with the development of user stories and acceptance criteria
Contribute to the design and development of new features and enhancements
Provide support to internal stakeholders and customers as required
Write functional documentation

Skills, knowledge & experience required:
Passion for sport and technology
A knowledge of racket sports, specifically Tennis and its rules and formats
2 years experience in digital or software Product Management, Business Analysis and/or degree in an equivalent area
Experience in user research and user testing
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively
The ability to work both independently and within a team
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience in writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong but personable, you will be working with a small, highly collaborative team
Great if you also have
Recognized project management qualification or equal experience (e.g. PRINCE2, APMP, Agile certification, SCRUM)
Experience in a digital agency, or similar fast-paced environment
Experience of working on a SaaS platform, ideally in the sports sector
Experience in using Confluence and Jira
Ability to occasionally attend tournaments
