- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive successful product launches and market adoption.
- Prioritize and support R&D initiatives, ensuring that processes and data are comprehensive, accurate, and consistent.
- Work closely with R&D teams to streamline workflows and optimize research outputs.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Food Safety Departments to validate and ensure the accuracy of information related to product development.
- Implement measures to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Provide regular and transparent project updates to stakeholders, ensuring the organization is wellinformed on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Foster communication channels to maintain alignment and agility in responding to evolving market demands.
- Collaborate with Production teams to enhance processes, achieving improved yields and costefficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction while maintaining or improving product quality.
- Anticipate and mitigate potential process or product failures by working closely with Operations.
- Develop and implement preventive measures, process controls, and training programs to ensure efficient, highquality production.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in commercialization, R&D integration, or related roles within the industry.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of quality standards, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
